📘 Discord Regulations

01 | Toxicity – Keep the community safe. Excessive toxicity or drama after warnings will result in mutes or bans. Death threats = automatic punishment.
02 | NSFW – Absolutely no NSFW content or discussions. Violations = instant ban.
03 | Channel Usage – Use the correct channels. Refusal to move conversations = moderation action.
04 | Slurs – No slurs or slur bypassing, regardless of “reclaimed” words. Automatic strike and mute.
05 | Advertising – No self-promotion or recruitment. Offenders will be kicked or banned.
06 | Spamming – Don’t spam messages, images, pings, or emojis. Walls of text (8+ lines) are also spam.
07 | Leaking – Leaking personal info = instant termination from Hawaii State Roleplay.
08 | Suspicious Links – Phishing or IP grab links = instant ban.
10 | Common Sense – Use common sense. Staff can act on unlisted offenses with valid reasoning.
11 | English Only – English is required for all communication.
12 | Pinging – Don’t ping unnecessarily, especially Direction Board members. Open a ticket instead.

01 | Random Death Match (RDM) – Killing without reason = warning; killing staff = kick.
02 | Vehicle Death Match (VDM) – Shooting or ramming vehicles without reason = warning.
03 | Realistic Avatars – Must use realistic avatars at all times.
04 | Fail Roleplay (FRP) – Unrealistic behavior = warning.
05 | New Life Rule (NLR) – After death, forget all prior events.
06 | Cuff Rush – Police must type “-cuffs-” or “-detains-” before cuffing.
07 | Cop Baiting – Intentionally provoking police = warning.
08 | Priority Timer – No crimes or pursuits during an active priority timer.
09 | Pursuits – Officers must have a valid reason for chases.
10 | Trolling – Depending on severity = warning or kick.
11 | Tool Abuse – Misusing tools = warning.
12 | Autojail – No jailing without RP. Allowed only if suspect denies detain.
13 | Leaving To Avoid Punishment (LTAP) – Leaving during modscene = Ban-BOLO or ban.
14 | Whitelisted Items – Using restricted items without whitelist = warning.
15 | Fursuits/Animal RP – Animal or furry avatars are banned in-game.
